Refer a Friend Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for the Refer a Friend Program ("Program"), participants must be existing customers with a valid account.

2. How the Program Works:

• The referrer refers a friend by sharing a unique referral link.
• The referee (friend) must use the provided referral link to make a purchase of at least 40 GBP to qualify for the program and receive 10 GBP off the order.
• Upon a successful qualifying purchase, the referrer will receive a 10 GBP coupon.

3. Coupon Redemption:

• The 10 GBP coupon can be used on future purchases with a minimum spend requirement as specified on the coupon.
• Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

4. Multiple Referrals:

• Participants may refer multiple friends, but each friend must make a qualifying purchase for the referrer and referee to receive the coupon.

5. Validity Period:

• The referral link must be used within a specified period to be eligible for the Program.
• Coupons earned through the Program are valid for a limited time, as indicated on the coupon.

6. Fraudulent Activities:

• Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake referrals or attempts to abuse the Program, will result in disqualification from the Program.

7. Modification or Termination:

• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend Program at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By participating in the Refer a Friend Program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and make decisions in its sole discretion.
